By default Microsoft inserts efficient feature .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 8 DVD. But not activated so that when we install some applications that require this feature, it will display a window that says we have to download the online features. But for some people who do not have an internet connection, it is very intrusive. For that I create a program that can enable the feature .NET Framework 3.5 offline. Provided that you have to have a DVD of Windows 8 on a DVD-ROM drive before running this program. Simply run the program and wait several minutes, then features .NET Framework 3.5 on your computer will be active. So you can install applications that require this feature freely.
